CRG’s Technology Transfer mission is to facilitate the exploitation of our research results for the public good and to help the economic growth of the life sciences sector in our region. Our will is that scientific results generated at the CRG will develop into novel therapeutic, diagnostic and other type of products which will contribute to the wellness of our society.

CRG’s Technology Transfer was established in late 2005. Very briefly, our activities can be summarised as follows:

• Identification and valorisation of inventions with commercial potential
• Securing the necessary property rights
• Marketing and licensing CRG’s know-how and technology through negotiating and executing agreements with companies and the foundation of spin-off companies.
• Consultancy services and research agreements
