ENTRY FORM
The participants or groups of participants must enter the competition using the entry form available here, which must be returned by email to comunicacio@crg.eu by November 30th, 2011, at the latest.
The deadline for submission of the sculptures is the April 18th at 4pm. The address for delivery of the sculptures is the following:

The sculptures may be send by post, messenger service or brought to the CRG reception on the 5th floor of the PRBB building. The organisation accepts no responsibility for the state in which the sculptures arrive at the centre, or for any damaged sustained during transport.
The work must be signed with a pseudonym, must have a title and must be accompanied by a copy of the entry form.
